Once you have gotten the Villain's hit points to zero, you win! Be careful though, if your hit points go too low, your character will become "smashed" - you get a fresh set of hit points and new powers to reflect your smashed state of being. If you drop to zero hit points when smashed, you are down, and one of your team mates will need to heal you to get back in the game. Think of it as a revivify that actually works. If everyone is down, then the villain wins!
